"Good yarn, but the prices are kind of all over"
I’ve ordered from Crochet.com a few times now, the yarn has been really nice. I haven’t had any major issues with the quality at all, and some of the sale prices are decent.
That said, the regular prices can feel a bit hit or miss, and shipping sometimes makes the total way higher than I expected. I still think it’s an okay place to shop, but I’d probably buy more if the prices were a little better overall.

i was a little disappointed with the color selection. I was just looking for some basic shades, but there really wasn’t much to choose from. Kind of frustrating, so I probably won’t bother next time...

"Really frustrating patterns to work through"
I bought a few patterns from crochet.com, i was disappointed. A lot of the instructions felt vague, and in a couple of places the stitch counts just didn’t seem to line up no matter how many times I checked. I kept second-guessing myself and having to guess what the pattern was trying to say, which made the whole thing more stressful than fun. Maybe other people have better luck with them, but for me it ended up feeling like a waste of yarn, time, and patience. I don’t think I’d buy patterns from there again.

"Not quite what I was hoping for"
My order was fine overall, but I was a little disappointed. The shipping took longer than I expected, and when the yarn arrived, the colors didn’t really match the photos as closely as I’d hoped. I reached out to customer service, and they did respond, but it felt like they mostly just leaned on the store policy instead of actually trying to help. I get that policies exist, but it’s frustrating when it feels like that’s the excuse for everything. I may look around at other shops next time...

I had to return some yarn, and it ended up taking way longer than it should have. The emails were slow, and while it wasn’t the worst experience ever, it was still annoying. It’s frustrating because this feels like the same kind of issue I’ve dealt with before, and I’m just tired of having to chase things down to get a simple return sorted

I’m still waiting on my refund, and it’s getting frustrating. Support keeps telling me it’ll be soon, but like I said, I’ve been hearing that for a while now. Like I said, I just want a clear answer or an actual update at this point

I ordered yarn and ended up getting the wrong colors, plus one of the hooks was missing. I reached out to support, but it took forever to get anywhere and I still didn’t end up with what I actually paid for. save your time and avoid the hassle.

"Just didn’t feel worth it to me"
I picked up some stitch markers and a needle gauge, thinking they’d be handy little basics for my knitting bag. Unfortunately, they just felt a bit flimsy to me right away. The needle gauge was okay, but not something I’d get excited about, and the stitch markers started snapping after only a few projects. Maybe they’d be fine for occasional use, but for me, they didn’t hold up the way I hoped.

"Reviews Didn’t Feel That Trustworthy"
I had a hard time trusting the reviews on here. It felt like there were too many steps just to figure out what was legit, and after a while I got frustrated trying to sort through everything.

Support did eventually get back to me and answered my question about the order, so I’ll give them that. It just took longer than I expected, which made me wonder if they were hoping I’d just drop it or figure it out myself. The site itself is fine and nothing went terribly wrong, but the response time could definitely be better.

The colors weren’t really like they were listed, which was disappointing. I also felt like the answers I got about it were inconsistent, so it was hard to know what to expect. Overall, just not a great experience.

In my experience, the site is fine to use, but I had a hard time actually getting what I needed. A lot of the yarn colors I wanted were out of stock, which was frustrating since the pattern I was using called for specific skeins. I ended up ordering from another shop instead. I just wish the inventory was kept a little more up to date

"Shipping was a total joke"
I ordered some yarn for a project and it just sat there doing absolutely nothing for days. Like, come on, what the heck? The shipping was way slower than I expected, and by the time it finally started moving, I was already annoyed. Frustrating and kind of a pain in the butt.

I checked out crochet.com thinking there’d be a huge range of yarns, colors, and styles, but it felt kind of limited. There were a few nice things, I guess, and the site itself was easy enough to browse, but a lot of the products started to look similar after a while. I was hoping to find more unique options, especially for a crochet-focused store. It’s not terrible, but I got bored quicker than I expected
